From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes the extra mile, but Angela absolutely does. She made what could have been a complicated or overwhelming situation feel easy and organized. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. Your staff is very helpful and supportive especially Tim who just yesterday helped me when my Camaro's Battery was dead when I tried to get her running with hints and suggestions when he couldn't locate longer jumper cables at your facility. I haven't been there cause I'm handicapped..but my girl is filling it beautifully..I have my own insurance and locks so I could definitely afford it .the location is fabulous cause it's near my new apt complex..I finally found affordable mover n I'll be moving soon..I moved to California in 1977 n visited Buffalo a lot cause in 70s n early 80s all restaurants closed for 3 months n reopened in october so I put all my stuff in storage n visited bflo n 2xs I had surgery m stayed couple years n used storage for 2 yrs+I LUV them and yours is really helping now..moving in to KEN TON PRESBYTERIAN COMPLEX IS CLOSE CAUSE ITS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE I THINK TO EMPTY CAUSE I HAVE TO HAVE 2 SURGERIES..UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO BE ALONE IN MY APARTMENT BUT MAYBE I WILL STAY AT NURSING CENTER FOR 4 TO 6 WEEKS SO ILL LEAVE MY STUFF AT YOUR PLACE..ANYWAY..YOU HAVE BEEN A BLESSING....GOD BLESS YOU
