I have rented with this company for many many years. When I had an issue with my bill, I reached out to corporate. with an hours not 48 hours. I received a call back from this District manager, Derek. He had already resolved the issue before I even told him my concern. He called up with a solution, which was the one I was hoping for. I’m a talker and I enjoyed speaking to him human to human! Not AI. Any corporation that still has human beings with such professionalism and courteousness deserves appreciation. This is a shout out to corporate headquarters that Derek should be put into a place of senior status VP in his district. He’s definitely a leader, both professionally and the face of corporate bringing it a positive light.
