I worked with two different Extra Space site managers. I had originally rented space from Andrew in Hermitage PA but then realized that climate controlled space would suit our needs better. Andrew helped me to find appropriate space nearby in Warren OH and he and Terry took over from there. Working with the initial off site phone support at corporate was also very good but both Terry and Andrew made it SIMPLE to refund my PA rental appropriately and set me up in OH with only a phone call from Andrew to ensure I wanted to vacate and a call from Terry to process payment for the OH space. I can not imagine a simpler process with two more helpful people than Andrew and Terry!
