Public was absolutely amazing! I was able to take part in a phenomenal promotion that was 45% cheaper than all the competitors in the area. They were engaged and attentive. The patience and support that was provided was phenomenal Theresa was a gem! She stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes! To ensure I was able to get situated that is what I call above and beyond! I want to add an additional thank to Marco. I had an issue with my storage unit and he was understanding and validating and went out of his way to ease my concerns. Thank you Marco and Public for providing such amazing service!

This is a great Facility! They have a friendly and helpful staff. The location is clean and secure with cameras and it’s gated. I love how close it is to my house! If you need extra storage look no farther. I highly recommend this property.

I( with a capital L) Love this place!!! It took me forever to find my storage unit..I spent almost an hour driving around and blew at least 20 miles of gas. Then finally I found the young gentlemen who was in charge. And he was so kind and funny that I wasn't even upset anymore about not finding my unit. Very helpful guy. Wished I'd had gotten his name!! But the world could sure use more people like him in the work field!!
