Nick has always been so very helpful and kind. He has great listening skills and he has excellent customer service skills. I have had storage there for a couple years and have sent numerous people to this Northwest self storage across from the golf course and he is always been very kind and patient with all of us. Nick is a wonderful person and I am so grateful that he is managing the storage that I rent two units in. Nick alone has made my life so much easier and better. I thank God for Nick in Northwest self storage. May it continue in service forever. And I constantly tell people what an excellent place it is to rent from. Again I want to thank Nick for everything he's done and for how patient he's been. Northwest self storage got a treasure when they hired him!

Very helpful and great location

Nearing the end of summer so I came to pick up some items, Everything is still going smooth! Highly recommend Absolutely hands down the most professional experience I’ve had regarding renting a storage unit, at first I was confused and unsure of what I needed (First time moving in YEARS!) First and foremost my truck rental was a HUGE pain at You-Haul and so I choose to not store with that company, and I’m so glad! After coming down to this public storage location I was greeted with a Huge smile and handshake! (Very personable) I was informed of all accommodations while on-site From their own personal storage APP to the 24/7 Surveillance and The Manager! Forgive me if I spell this wrong but Brandon is hands down the best, Incredibly Knowledgeable and very respectful. We are very glad to have chosen this property! Initially we reserved a unit at a competitor in the area but quickly reversed our decision after dealing with the headaches of renting a truck from them once we spoke with Brandon it was quick, easy and he met us within 15 minutes notice. I will be recommending Public Storage to my close friends and family, Great prices and an extremely clean facility. Especially this location!! (The flowers upfront are beautiful) Thank you guys again Brandon, Looking forward to doing business with you guys!!
