This was my first time renting a storage unit, and the whole process ended up being way easier than I expected. Francine was super nice getting the unit put in my name after a computer glitch. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. Getting set up was simple.

Shanice was super helpful. We called with questions about renting one and ended up with a unit at end of call. She was patient and answered all questions!!

Yuana was the absolute best and takes care of business. Highly recommend to go with her great service all around ????

She is a joy to speak with. It’s so nice to call in with a question and have someone knowledgeable enough to answer.

I have it on my heart today to speak about an angel named KEISHA, who works for Secure Care Self Storage at 831 N. Forest St. in Amarillo Texas! She is so helpful, very kind & caring, and extremely professional! ?? She is full of compassion for others, never rushes her customers off the phone, and always makes us feel important to her and to the company! I always insist on speaking to only KEISHA, when I am calling in my payments for my two storage units that I have had with your company for several years, because I know at the end of every call with HER, no matter what I am going through, I will have a huge smile on my face! SHE speaks to her customers with much care and compassion and makes us well aware that our business with your company is welcomed and appreciated! You should most definitely have more employees just like her, for sure! Perhaps KEISHA could train some of your other employees on what good customer service looks like! I truly hope that she gets paid very well as she deserves it! ??
