This location has really solid customer service and it's clean. I've been renting here for the last 4 years with only one major issue during that time. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Three Years Later Update: Storage is expensive and I was struggling to get a deal considering how long I've rented here. I kinda gave up but then John helped me! He got me in a larger unit right across from my previous unit for less than I was paying. This is the best service I've ever gotten from this location so I hope he sticks around for a while.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to store my excess from downsizing, Extra Space Storage is the place for me! I would also like to thank Stephanie! She was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive I appreciate time she spent helping me with a semi stressful situation. I will definitely be bring my belongings to Extra Space Storage!

I was able to drive right up to my buildings elevator and when I was on the second floor, it was an easy walk to my air controlled unit. The Extra Space near Preston and Bush has been my all time favorite of all the mini-warehouses I’ve used over the years. Andrea, also a musician, and I talked about our respective other careers as I work in video production. So great mini-warehouse and great conversation. This place was a win-win. And yes, I would give them repeat business if I’m in need again…!!!
