I appreciate the patience and help that I received when I first stored my thing at the Dripping Springs facility. I had never used a storage unit before and didn't put the loc on correctly. The attendants notified me of my mistake and helped me learn how to correctly lock my unit. I appreciate the location of my facility and the cleanliness. Had a great experience with Right space storage. My wife and I stopped in to view rv parking spaces with access to outlets. Bryan was very helpful in providing the info we needed to make the decision to move our rv here and find a good spot out if the direct sunlight. Brian took us around the storage and parking area on a golf cart. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He got us locked into a price and got us a free month. That made the decision easy to move in. Great location closer to hour gone.

Emily and Susan at Lakeway are the BEST!!!! Absolutely wonderful experience from the get go??I had to get a last minute storage unit in preparation for a summer job in Alaska and the process was very smooth with a fantastic deal handy for such short notice. After an exhausting day of moving things into a truck, I arrived to the Lakeway location and was greeted by the absolute SWEETEST ladies, Emily & Susan, who were incredibly caring, attentive, humorous, etc. They made sure things were all taken care of PLUS they were gracious enough to share some snacks and cold water with my mom and I who were SUPER dehydrated and hungry after so much work! They gave such genuine attentive service that is hard to see anymore, not from obligation but from genuine hearts. These two are some of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet in a long while. Absolutely above and beyond. Please make sure these ladies receive recognition for their hard work and authentic kindness!!!! Thank you Emily and Susan for making a stressful day that much easier to handle!??????
