Taylor R., the manager at Extra Space Storage on Bowen Rd. in Arlington, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My mom went in today to make some changes to her account, and Taylor took the time to let her know she qualified for a senior discount she didn’t even realize was available. We really appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She’s a great asset to the company.

We have had a storage unit going on 10+ years and we have never had any problems they are very professional and courteous everytime we see them have never had any problems come up about theft or any unit problems in¨ that time span. Would highl recommend them

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The staff member who helped me, her name was Amber. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. I originally thought I needed a much larger unit for my trailer and belongings, but she recommended a smaller size that ended up being absolutely perfect. I really appreciated her honesty and expertise—it saved me money and worked out better than I expected. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for storage!

Every time I interact on the phone or in person with Miss Cathy and Miss Tammy, I always get smiles and completely clear communication. They are always helpful when I am needing information or needing to make my payment on my unit. I am glad I chose to use extra storage space a year ago!!!!
