Update: okay, so even though I was inconvenienced and a little bit lot of frustrated the owner called me today and literally fixed everything. He explained everything in better terms and made sure I was inside the unit before even suggesting it's all good on my end. And this is why I preferred the locally owned compared to big corporations. I live in keller, shop in Keller and love keller. This is just another example of why. Thank you guys so much for making it better for me! Honestly I was hoping for better. I paid and still not able to get into the gate. My code isn't working and no one answers the phone. Nor did anyone show me how to put in the code.
