New owners. Unfortunately you have to call a call center. There is nobody on site during the posted open hours. Associated with u-haul. The new "company" uses uhaul platform so you can make payments and such on the uhaul app i guess....never got a straight answer but they saw all my personal information and still wanted more. Its just a storage not a rent house! Anyway if i wanted to deal with u-haul I would go to a u-haul place..... Just gotta be careful....hand written note on the office door that said call this number........Could be anyone wanting my credit card info...... When I said I just cant do business like this especially knowing its uhaul....the manager I was transferred to named Chris or Christian or something similar and I asked him a bunch of question and he finally said I could "go on down the road" and said I was "like a grain of sand on the seashore". Plenty more customers i guess thats what he meant......he's trying bless his heart. Why 5 star????? i never used them so cant fairly critique. It should work for you as long as you dont mind dealing with a call center, and uhaul, and you dont care if anyone is present during business hours.
