Apart from 'SOJO Self Storage', this has been not only my favorite storage unit of all time, but they have been more understanding and more forgiving than I had any reason to expect. Not only was the sign-up seamless and prompt, but the prices were the best, facility was clean and efficient, and has great options for all sorts of storage. Highly recommend. Will use this location again in the future.

????? I had an excellent experience with Prime Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really impressed me was the exceptional customer service. Natalie was outstanding to work with. Natalie worked with me on three different storage spots to make sure I could get my motorhome in comfortably and find the best fit. Despite the extra time and effort involved, Prime Storage never charged me any additional fees, which I greatly appreciated. We also experienced an issue with the storage door not closing. Natalie was instrumental in arranging for a service technician to quickly resolve the problem, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. Throughout the entire process, Natalie, and the doorman were courteous, professional, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. Their willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a stressful situation very easy to navigate. I highly recommend Prime Storage. It’s refreshing to find a team that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in providing outstanding service.

Mill was incredibly helpful and kind. I lost the key to my storage unit, and she quickly assisted me by cutting off the old lock and providing a new one. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. I highly recommend this storage facility!
