Climate-controlled storage units in Peoria, AZ

Was looking for a place for my mom to put her things in storage talked to a really nice gentleman named Tony At Right Space Storage on 75th and Bell. He answered all our questions and we look forward to moving in in the next couple of months. Thank you Tony for all your help. We will definitely be recommending Right Space Storage.

Paul is wonderful to work with.He is very professional and personable. I am greeted with a smile every time I come in. Also , they do keep the property very clean and tidy.

I have used Extra Space Storage for many years. You have a choice of outside or climate controlled units, and the facility is very clean. A plus--the Bluetooth app to open the gate is really convenient. Lastly, the staff, in particular the current manager Linda, is a case study in what good customer service should look like. I recently had an issue which Linda resolved with sensibility, calmness and humor. I have been in customer service my entire life. It takes a lot to impress my, but Linda exceeded my expectations!

Judy, I would like to suggest changing the storage access hours to 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Many people start work very early and need access to their storage units before 7:00 AM. Some customers are up and leaving for work by 4:00 or 5:00 AM and would benefit from earlier access. On the other end of the day, 7:00 PM is too early for closing. Many people do not get off work until later and are unable to drop off or pick up items before the gates close. Extending access until 9:00 PM would make the facility much more convenient for working customers. I believe changing the hours to 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM would better accommodate customers' schedules and improve overall satisfaction. Now I would like to personally recommend judy for the outstanding work she does at the storage facility. She is always kind, professional, and very helpful whenever assistance is needed. She treats customers with respect and patience and always makes sure everything is handled properly. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic truly stand out. She is dependable, trustworthy, and takes pride in keeping the property running smoothly. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both their job and the people they help every day. Troy and Dave have been so helpful. Today Dave helped cut the lock after I forgot my key at home. He didn’t charge us extra and helped us move into a bigger unit with great ease. The units are safe, smell nice and are very easy to get in and out of.

The reviews we read about Right Space made a good impression, so we went to check them out. The assistant manager, Erica is knowledgeable and efficient, and her personality made us feel welcome. The facility is clean and has the proper level of security. The monthly storage rates are reasonable so we knew this storage facility was a good choice.

Manager is amazing, very helpful always... have rented from other storage company's and rightway storage on lake pleasant parkway in Peoria is the best.

This was the easiest experience ever. Patricia was awesome. She went over everything and showed me how the lick works as it's been many years since I needed. Very easy access, the loading are is very accessible, the property is immaculate. Pricing great too.
