Barbara and the guys have been super helpful and were always available to answer questions. I would suggest that the corporate office look into changing the policy about not allowing shipping containers on site. It seems to be a liability issue but other companies allow it. That being said I have nothing but positive reviews for the staff and the site and would use them again!

Hello, came in and the lady at the desk (Ms. all pink lol) was smiling and in a great mood. We had some questions about availability for different style units and she was able to help us no problem. After we got the available units she took us to view it to make sure it was exactly what we needed. There is no “up charge” on the units from the online prices and they do have military discounts. From walking inside to putting the key on our new unit took about 30 minutes. A small note is the unit isn’t availability 24 hours a day but that’s a good thing because they have alarms and cameras. They also have dollies to assist with moving your things in. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

We rented a climate controlled unit from Patterson Self Storage for the past two years. It was a flawless experience. Our building was neat, clean and air-conditioned. Our unit was secure and easy to access. I always felt safe going into the building. Our rent was raised one time in 24 months.I cannot imagine a better storage facility!!
