Climate-controlled storage units in California

If you ever have to come here hope you get Steven to help you out because he went above and BEYOND for us!

Barbara and the guys have been super helpful and were always available to answer questions. I would suggest that the corporate office look into changing the policy about not allowing shipping containers on site. It seems to be a liability issue but other companies allow it. That being said I have nothing but positive reviews for the staff and the site and would use them again!

I just gotta say this tony deserves a raise she's absolutely the best TKS for your energy ToNY

I’ve always had a great experience here! The staff has always been so helpful, sweet, and always accommodating. We have been storing our things here for over 2 years & I have absolutely no complaints!

Jessica, Angel and James were great! Very nice, very good customer service. They were there to please and make things affordable and easy for me in a very difficult situation for me, what a blessing!?

The property is well maintained and very clean!!! Freddy and Jannette were very helpful, respectful and courteous. Definitely. Recommend this storage facility over anywhere else!!

I didn’t wanna delete this review only because I want people to see how prompt and professional you were by responding immediately and I really appreciate you extending my hours and making my move simple. I changed it to a 5 star because you guys truly deserve it, thank you again so much!!! ???? I’ll start with the positive. The staff are nice and it’s located in Yorba Linda, so it’s convenient as I reside in YL. that’s the ONLY reason why I gave them a 2 star rating. This is my first time renting a storage space ever in my life and let me tell you, there’s absolutely no A/C inside the buildings so it’s crazy stuffy and hot inside AND there’s no lighting, my storage space is pitch black and I could barely see anything. Another major problem is that they don’t allow access to the storage after a certain time. During the week, they shut the access at 6:15 pm and weekends at 4:30 pm!! That’s absolutely ridiculous!!! There’s people like myself that work late and need access to my storage especially that I’m moving right now!!! I will definitely check out the storage units off of La Palma and they’re A/C’d and they have lighting AND they close at 9 pm. I really hope that they change a lot of things so I don’t have to go anywhere else as this place is extremely convenient!!

Great service!!

Angela was Amazing with her customer service skills and she helped us along the whole way!?? she showed us all the units that would fit for us thank you!??

Best storage facility in the area. It's in a convenient yet safe location, and the facility is clean and well-kept, easy to access and maneuver with wide lanes. The staff was remarkably warm, honest, and helpful, even talked me down from a larger unit which I was grateful for. Rates are very fair, security is top-notch, and super easy to jam in and out of (even in a larger truck like mine). I toured a few other facilities in the area and nothing compared to Scripps Poway. Will rent here for a while!

Anthony was great! Along with the rest of the staff, they did a great job! Will recoend to family and friends,

Love the team that works here! Their customer service is amazing. Been with them for over a year now, ever since they opened this branch/ store front and they’re always respectful and accommodating. It’s also right off the 5 freeway which is great for anyone who commutes up and down the 5, plus pricing is reasonable!

I’ve had my mother’s storage at COMMUNITY MINI STORAGE of Marin for over 10 years, and Andrew, one of the owners, has been absolutely wonderful throughout. He’s consistently helpful, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make things easy. Karen and Andrew, the owners, are both great—friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate all their help over the years and highly recommend COMMUNITY MINI STORAGE of Marin.
