I encountered staff too busy on their personal phones to answer my questions, storage areas with dirty floors and evidence of roof leaking, and rodent droppings. Then I found Extra Space Storage on Pasadena avenue. Staff member "Christine" gave me the VIP treatment in all respects; friendly, cheerful, and accommodating, she found for me exactly the size, cost, quality, and terms that I was looking for. Horrible the new management is relentless. My storage went from $70-$130 in one month. They lure you in with cheap prices. The new Manager hides in his office and as of no help at all. He’s only there a couple days a week which is two days too many.. Save your money and go somewhere else.
