My grandma has been a customer since 2024 and it has been a great experience. Pricing is a bit steep as it changed BUT the customer service, location, security and overall quality is worth it. She loves it! The only thing I’d personally recommend is a better app / system to pay as it crashes frequently and doesn’t allow us to login in sometimes.
