Renting a unit was Smooth and easy because Kathy behind the desk was pleasant. I pay my bill on time monthly and never have locked out of the gate but 1 time I put my code in wrong and thought about calling but it was after normal business hours and knew it would be rude. I have had at least one unit rented here over the last year. At one time I think it was up to 4. Anyway, I'm here to let you know that I like the layout of the place, that the lighting is great, that the drainage is great, and the design of the climate controlled units works very well - multiple entrances, with one being outside the perimeter for those with large trucks or trailers. No bugs or critters. Periods of shade. You have to have spend time in other facilities to realize the good things here. Some have steps and ramps and a single door into climate controlled storage. Some have narrow alleyways. Some have a lot more daily commercial traffic - I saw only one commercial user here. Ricky is always there, checking into something.K.
