I have had at least one unit rented here over the last year. At one time I think it was up to 4. Anyway, I'm here to let you know that I like the layout of the place, that the lighting is great, that the drainage is great, and the design of the climate controlled units works very well - multiple entrances, with one being outside the perimeter for those with large trucks or trailers. No bugs or critters. Periods of shade. You have to have spend time in other facilities to realize the good things here. Some have steps and ramps and a single door into climate controlled storage. Some have narrow alleyways. Some have a lot more daily commercial traffic - I saw only one commercial user here. Ricky is always there, checking into something.K. Great storage, very well priced. Temperature controlled. We were able to store our college student's dorm contents here in between semesters, making move in and move out so much easier. This place is so clean, smells new, safe, secure, with a huge garage to pull into making rainy days a non issue. The staff is super helpful and kind.
