New facility. Nice and clean with good options for storage. I just got a normal enclosure but you can also store your RV or trailer in larger parking spaces. I hoping to get a trailer in the near future so this would be great having my trailer and storage at the same place. Great prices for the size of unit I got. The gate access hours are longer than normal and you can request 24 hours access as needed. The guy that runs the facility is really nice and helpful as well. So far I really like storing here. I moved my things here when my old one upped the price too high. So I really appreciate the low prices. Edit: (It’s been 4yrs wow) I still really like this storage location. The owners and property management have been great to work with. It feels safer than other storage locations. My wife and I visited this facility this past weekend to rent a unit to replace our existing unit at Extra Space. I was very impressed with this facility and its staff. The employee was very polite and nice to work with. We thought we knew what size unit we wanted, but he talked through it with us and helped us choose a unit that actually fit our needs much better. The facility was very clean (significantly cleaner than our previous Extra Space unit) and having the flat carts at every door was very helpful. With an upgrade in facility, it was still significantly cheaper than our previous storage facility.
