It's been a few months now and B&J has proven to be a great choice. There is a live person(s) M-F in the office directly across from the units that are really friendly and helpful. The units appear to be nice and tight against the weather and easy to open. I especially like the 24/7 access bcz my life isn't on a regular schedule. I was there to help an auction winner clear out their units and while waiting for her to process the auction sale, the phone was ringing, and she was really busy.
