Sam was absolutely amazing. Very kind, warm, enthusiastic and accommodating. She is the main reason I went through with Midgard storage. The place is clean, safe and beyond affordable. I want to emphasize again, that Sam was the one that made this happen. ... Read more

My first time experiencing a virtual check out/type thing over a two way screen like that… everything went very smooth… no complaints or hiccups. The lady that was working with us on the other end, was very pleasant. Overall a great experience that I would recommend. ?? ... Read more

I spoke with Christina who helped me close out my recently rented storage unit, after having my home buyer lose his funding 2 days AFTER renting the unit. Christina was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional! She made sure I understood everything, walked me through the process patiently, sent the appropriate e.ails to corporate and then followed up with any questions I had. A great representation and asset for her company! I would definitely recommend Christina and Midguard. Hopefully Christina will be able to assist you in your time of need! ... Read more

I had the pleasure of working with a virtual agent named Sam, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! We were transferring from an outdoor unit to an indoor unit due to a booking I made through a third-party service. Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She not only assisted me in getting everything established quickly but also went above and beyond by offering us a month free! I was really impressed by her professionalism and kindness, especially since she’s all the way down in Florida while I’m here in Georgia. Thank you, Sam, for making this experience smooth and hassle-free! Highly recommend her services! ????????? ... Read more

Too many hidden fees. 1. You have to "rent" their lock. 2. They offer 24/7 access. Cost you another fee. The facility is clean as is the storage room . Gate appears to be well maintained. All buildings are well maintained. ... Read more

Rent increases every couple of months. No onsite customer service, just an iPad in the front office that connects you to someone working from home. And they’ll find every possible way to nickel and dime you. Save yourself the headache and money - do not rent here. ... Read more

On September 19, 2022 I rented a unit for $43.00/month because the facility was new and clean and less expensive than other storage locations. Well, as January 1, 2025 my rate is now $147.99/month after 3 increases during this rental duration. It is my understanding that storage unit increases have increased across the country by 200% - 400%, because in this business they can increase whatever amount they want whenever they want. My monthly rate now falls between 200%-300% from my original monthly rate I will be emptying my unit this spring when the weather allows for a garage sale, My review is FYI and a warning about the Storage Industry and to really think about whether storing "your stuff" is worth the thousands of dollars for storing over the long run. Ours certainly is not and the rate increases incurred is just plain greed. If there is another price increase in my future I will repost. Question for you Midgard on Cloverleaf- What costs has your facility incurred to warrant numerous price increases (250%) over the past two years? You demand that I pay for the monthly insurance for "my stuff". I'd be very interested in your response. ... Read more

The facility itself is nice, well lit and safe. The low score would be because I didn’t get a chance to view my unit and it is too small. I rented after hours but I ask the very next morning to upgrade and was told that I could not without it talking my first month s rent I paid on the original unit. I really don’t understand why, I had not put any items in it yet ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
