Read some helpful reviews of Lakeside Landing RV Park-Marina, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

It was apparent that the owners of this establishment have not invested in the grounds or facilities in the last 20+ years. They are sucking this place dry and charging a premium for a gross and underwhelming experience. The bathrooms were hot, humid and most of the stalls did not lock properly. There was also mold on the ceiling and hair in the sink. Trash all around the grounds, mainly cigarette butts and litter. No dog disposal stations. Leaf litter, goose poop near the lake camper sites. The sites had cracked/broken concrete pads. The staff was friendly and courteous in the office. The only thing redeeming was the view of the lake and the fact they had docks to tie up your boat. ... Our rv site was dirty. No maintenance to grounds. Campers are packed in. Not much room. People leave their dogs to bark. Worst of all ants made their home in out steps. When we left we closed the steps into the camper. We were infested with them. Won't go back. ... Read more

I have stored my boat for almost 18 months with lakeside until this week. The tractor service damaged my boat trailer. The operator on the tractor hooked up to my boat and lifted the boat almost at a 45 degree angle. Everyone on the boat was in curious why the boat was so high in the air the operator said “oh no my hydraulics stuck I’m sorry”. It damaged my locking mechanism on my trailer tongue. I made a formal complaint at the gas station. No one called me. So I made the call five days later. Spoke with the “Park manager”. Before I could even tell my side of the story he said we didn’t damage your trailer. Then he told me two different excuses as to why my trailer is damaged. “Someone hit your trailer” and “we always have issues with your trailer”. I myself, nor anyone else have had any trouble with the trailer , the boat and trailer were purchased new and have been stored at lakeside until this incident . The boat is routinely serviced at the dealer with no reports of trailer issues . This incident could have been prevented if personal had been properly trained to pull wake-boats or at least admitted fault and attempted to correct the damage. If you have a nice boat and trailer and want to keep it that way do not store at Lakeside Landing. Bottom line if lakeside damages your property it’s your fault. ... Read more

Full time campers have different rule than the guest campers do. There is a full camper that does not keep her dog on a leach but everyone else does . I she must be special. Saying all that the park does enforce their on rules. Why have rules? ... Read more

If I have to have my dog on a 6 foot leash then the permanent residents with cats should have to leash them too instead of teasing and terrorizing the dogs in the campground. Guess my week long money is not as good as their monthly money. Logan Martin has several other campgrounds if you have a dog find somewhere else to go ... Read more

Excellent location on the water. Dirt and gravel spots with a picnic table and concrete patio. The water and electric were very far forward in our lot, but we reached. Our class A is 42 feet and really fit in the spot. Only real issue we had was the energy in our 50 amp had initial high voltage warnings for our surge protector. It did level out and seemed stable. ... Read more

We keep our boat in dry storage here. It is very convenient for us because we sign it at front desk and call when we are ready to get towed into the water. Same thing when we are through for the day; we call and they pick us up! The staff are always so kind & helpful. I know when it’s busy they must get stressed but they never ever show it. They always have smiles and go the extra mile! The facilities are clean and it is perfect location from Birmingham (and Anniston) areas. Again the staff make Lakeside Landing enjoyable to visit. They have a gas station and a food mart. There is a large RV park. Rates are very reasonable for boat, RV storage and RV spots. Best marina at Logan Martin Lake! ... Read more

As an owner of two businesses, its important to say: JOAN in the office is the main reason we chose to camp here~ I talked to her on the phone and she is exceptionally helpful, friendly and knows her stuff. What more could you want when searching for your next camping stop? She makes you feel welcome before getting here! MARIA also works here and was so very helpful with the internet. She is warm with southern charm! She does it all with a smile, she's sharp and she is a smart addition to the staff. ... Read more

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
