I called the company when they arrived and told them that the truck they brought was too small for the amount of belongings I needed to move. Without ever coming out to see my belongings they told me that the truck should be big enough. The crew did their best to make everything fit and of course it did not. It took twice as long to pack my stuff as it should have because they were trying so hard to get it to fit. It did not fit and several things were left behind. By the time we unpack the truck at the new place it was 5:00 and I was done I said forget it pay them what I owe them but I will never use them again. ... Read more

We had 3 gentlemen help us load our container (TK, an older gentleman, and one with a cowboy hat). I will say the three gentlemen were extremely kind and patient throughout the process. They did assist us in packing a few awkwardly shaped items. We were extremely grateful for their help. We understand we sign forms and acknowledge the company isn’t liable for any broken items. We know somethings naturally occur with moving your entire home across states. There were some items we mentioned to them that were larger or heavier items that probably had to be carried out a certain way or it might break. We had a brand new large dog crate entertainment center that we told them probably would have to be carried out because it was so large. They insisted it could be carried out on a dolly. We’re not the subject matter experts on moving so we didn’t push further but I do wish we did. The drawers flew out and broke. The mover mentioned it probably was due to all the weight in the drawers but there were only a couple of papers in the drawers. Okay, that’s fine. I’ll take it as my fault for the drawers but they continued to keep trying to lift a giant entertainment center dog crate long ways and almost hit the ceiling. Eventually, they realized it couldn’t fit that way and carried it out the way we suggested. Everything else went smoothly and was loaded into the truck. We probably could have saved with the upack company if we stacked everything higher but again we weren’t the experts and figured maybe our items were safer this way. We arrived at our next duty station and unlocked the container. All of our household goods were leading on our 85 inch tv but luckily the tv was not damaged. Our bed frame was scuffed all around. Our night stand was impaled by something. One of our tables was ripped from the screws. The entertainment center dog crate has one broken drawer and heavy scuff marks across the top. Our kitchen box with our glassware had “fragile. Don’t stack” on the top an it was under two or three boxes. Our lamp shades were crushed. Our guest room entertainment center is completely cracked and caved in on one side. I’m not expecting anything out of this or asking for anything in return from them. I just want to share our experience. We did have a great experience with her team. Their customer service was very kind and understanding leading up to packing. The gentlemen were also extremely kind and understanding throughout the packing process. If you’re hesitant about advocating for your items I highly recommend to. I wish I did, but we did learn a lot and we are grateful for the items that did arrive not broken. ... Read more
