Edited review: I'll give stars for friendliness and cleanliness, but I'm still sour about the inconvience, lack of information given at the registration and lack of communication about the lock. After my original review the manager reached through phone call monday morning and I went by to speak in person later that day. He was friendly, apologetic and understanding of my frustrations. I did not have a lock on my unit so he put a manager lock on it and the $51 charge was March rent. Maybe he called and left a voicemail but my phone spammed it, it's possible. Though, I only had my unit for 11 days I guess I was paying for the entire month of Feb. at lease signing and the $51 charge is for March with unit protection. I suggest getting your unit and signing the least on the first of the month so you're not paying for days you haven't been on the property and add at least $14 to whatever monthly cost you register for because you will pay for a protection plan and you can't decline it. All of this could have been solved by proper communication both at lease signing & the week after. Original review: Recently moved in, payed and signed my lease within the last two weeks, and I show up with a full uhual to a manager lock on my unit. It's after hours and with no legitimate reason for the inconvience I put my items in a vacant unit next to mine, leave two voicemails and an email stating what I did and that I'll be available Monday to move my items into one unit. This morning I wake up to another unauthorized inconvience, a random $51 charge. My next payment isn't due until March 31st, a fact I double checked when I arrived to a locked unit the previous night. No phone calls or emails about the lock, no phone calls or emails responding to my messages, no phone calls or emails about this $51 charge. I'm incredibly disappointed. ... Read more

The service was so exceptional that we moved out of one facility and into SROA. In fact we went back and got a second unit! The assistant manager, Rebecca, was very professional and invested in making sure things went smoothly, and we highly recommend their facility. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
