Tyler is the new property manager and she's awesome.

The computer system was down as a result of a storm but the repairman on-site was able to get me into the building.

Awesome storage in Lacey’s Spring Alabama

Honestly, Shirley made me feel welcomed home I used to have a storage unit at A Storage Place for quite a few years after I lost my house. I know this will sound silly, but sometimes I would go up there and just sit and look through all my treasures and memories. I was living with my dad and after he passed away, I had to move. So here I am , again! Hearing from others about how nice, friendly and kind Shirley is. So I walked through the door and said, “Hi, are you Shirley?” And just like others promised, she gave me a friendly smile and with her sweet voice said, “ I sure am!” “ How can I help you today?” I told Shirley I managed to set up my account online, it was fast and easy. But I was having trouble finding my unit. The number given to me online had a lock on it. Shirley made a quick phone call to the boss and within minutes she was walking with me to show me where my unit was! It was clean and ready for me. Fast and friendly service ABSOLUTELY! Thank you Shirley for making me feel welcomed home?? Patty D.

best place to store things. very quick to respond & help!

Well…here goes…. We were Public Storage (PS) customers when we lived in FL and have rented hundreds of units from them over the past 20 years depending on our business needs. This makes us pretty knowledgeable of the rental process and also what to expect from a PS employee and what PS expects out of their employees. We needed a rental unit and landed on one in Madison, AL on Westchester Dr. We pulled onto the facility property and noticed right away that this was a recent acquisition due to it not being their signature orange. But no matter to us. This is where we met Anthony Kidd who was the employee on duty this particular morning. Let me tell you folks, and Public Storage if you’re listening, this gentleman was FANTASTIC! Hard to believe that he was a recent hire and had only been on the job a few weeks. He was so knowledgeable, thorough, polite and extremely kind. The rental process was fast and efficient. The facility is well maintained and the rental prices were quite reasonable. It takes a lot to impress me and Anthony certainly did! Kudos to whoever hired this fella! If you’re ever in need of a rental unit in Madison please consider this facility…you won’t be disappointed, I promise!
