Andrew was working and he helped me out with my unit. Somebody had accidentally moved into my original one, but thankfully he was working and he took care of me. He even let me look at a few, which helped me realize I needed more space than I thought he gave me a great deal on a bigger unit. I highly recommend these guys, especially Andrew if you can get him! ... Read more

I have never had to use storage before, but I did for nine months just recently finishing up and able to move all of my things. I felt very safe and well taken care of while at Trussville storage. The temperature control was amazing. The manager there, Justin was extremely helpful and even referred me to, good resources in the community. Couldn’t say enough about the positive experience. ... Read more

Awesome, friendly, helpful, organized, efficient. My wife and I are moving from out of state and needed two units. Justin and the assistant manager (sorry forgot your name) were very helpful when I called from New York to set it up and when I showed up. Everything was explained and I was not rushed through the process. I would definitely recommend this facility. Thanks again to both of you. Claude Brisson ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
