Getting a climate control 10 x 10 unit was easy, simple, and fast. I’m hoping to get a unit closer to the door since I have back trouble. Looking forward to that day. The unit's are very clean. The gentleman that assisted me on the honeymoon and in person was very professional and efficient! Thank you for your help! ... Read more

Pretty miserable experience. I thought my bill was $85, called and by the end of that conversation we went from $85-$151 and about to auction my stuff. 30 days and your up for auction. Keep in mind before you store stuff here. I hope someone is enjoying my two $1000 bmx bikes, I stupidly stored at this location prior to loosing my job. Dumbest place I have ever visited. Dont think they are going to work with you as they will not. Guy I spoke with seemed ambitious about getting my things to auction. Maybe he thought his day on storage wars was close at hand. 4 days late on payment your code is locked out fyi, so just a few days late on payment and they are setting things up. Take your stuff to auction yourself. I wonder how many open units they have as they auction my stuff off someone who was trying to work through the issue. Sometimes it takes a company with the want or a good heart to work with customers, this is not the place,. Want good hearted go to church. This place seemed the opposite. I usually tell things how I see them. Yes I should have paid my bill but loosing a job and working through the tape can be occupation in itself, so no reason to point out the obvious, But where did heart and caring go with companies? It could have been so simple a few days in to give an option to get my belongings and take care of a few dollar fee right? Instead locked out so fee central could be moved in. Call it business Call it doing what you have to do I call it tasteless ... Read more

Jerome was very helpful to us as we tried to decide how much storage space we needed and in helping us understand our options. We have just moved in so working with him has been our only experience at this time and so far it has been excellent. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.
