I've been asking around before fully settling on a place to store my belongings, but when I tell you the staff here is some of the nicest and most well educated people. They treated me so kindly and had an answer ready for all my questions. If in the end I decide to go with this facility I definitely won't be settling. Thank you so much again to the young gentleman Carlos for their patience. ... Read more

Completely horrible. We've had a until here for going on 5 years. In that time our unit has been broken into twice. Once in the middle of the night, which thankfully the manager onsite stopped and got police to arrest the burglers. However this week withing the last 5 days we received calls that our unit was left open, we were out of state so has to wait till this morning to come assess the loss... Our 20x10 unit used to be completely packed full. Now it is more than half empty. The manager Daniel claims he had no idea of when the break in occurred. However the amount of heavy equipment and tools that were stolen had to have been taken in more than one pick up truck.... Furthermore the fact that locked cabinet doors were prayed open and cleared out, every drawer emptied and scattered through Every boxed item taken/torn through tells us that this was not a quick overnight thing. Whoever got into our unit sawed our locks off (had to have made loud noise) and took their time going through it. Where was the "onsite" manager? Why was this allowed to happen... We had over 20k worth of tools and business equipment stolen, and conveniently this happened when the sites cameras were down to be replaced according to the manager (Daniel) every camera along the facility down? We're going to be filing police reports and filing claims but this is absolutely ridiculous Also heads up about the insurance here if you have a parking unit (outdoor) and pay the insurance your losses aren't covered. ... Be careful!!! I used this storage unit during the summer and after not even 2 weeks of having my stuff in there my unit got broken into and a lot of my belongings got stolen or destroyed. I didn’t get too much help from the employees working there but the one guy who got us a new unit was kind but he said there wasn’t much he could do which was disappointing. For a unit that said they had a lot of safety measures in place is was disappointing to hear that there was absolutely no camera footage of anyone breaking into my unit. There was also a lot of leaky water on the ground and I was on the second floor and when I went to move all my stuff out the elevator they have wasn’t working and we couldn’t get ahold of a single employee desire it being business hours and we tried for over an hour. Over all just an extremely disappointing experience that left me missing a lot of my belongings and some very sentimental items with seemingly zero lack of care from this place. ... Read more

Run! RUN AWAY!! This place is horrible. It is falling apart, the “Climate Control” is a couple of worn out window unit swamp coolers, the run off from them has a trail of algae running across the loading area. There is constant homeless & crackhead activity inside the “secure” area. Our unit was even broke into, and they really didn’t care…not their problem. Oh, they didn’t cut our lock, they cut the flimsy hasp that the holds the lock. Cameras, you ask? Not working in that area that night…inside job?? ???????…good question… The main building is two story and they claim to have an elevator, but it is a sketchy freight elevator that, when it works, you have to put your items inside, close the door from the outside, hold a button to send it up until it stops, then run up the stairs and hope nobody is up there messing with your stuff. But it is not always working. There are so many better options in the area…DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! ... Read more

I called this location today and I spoke to Miss Jacky. Ya I had to leave this review, as she answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Her customer service skills were great, and I appreciate people with these skills, because their rare these days and hard to find. I can't wait to meet her in person tomorrow and I'm SO glad I found this location. If there's anyone out there as myself needing storage space, I highly recommend this location. ... Read more

AMAZING!!!!! Cody is AMAZING, KIND as well as a professional. I had many challenges trying to vacate this unit. I had to call on Cody for assistance and he was there for me every time. As I am planning to relocate, it was necessary to vacate as soon as possible. If I was staying, I would stay at this Public Storage just because of Cody. Having a successful storage experience is having the proper manager to assist you when necessary. Thank you, Cody, I wish you well. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.
