I would give no stars if I could, I placed an online order of a storage unit and the same day my plans changed and I needed to cancel the unit, but they said they don't prorate or refund even though I never even signed the paperwork for the unit. Their response when I asked for the refund is "it says it on the receipt no refunds", even though there is no mention on their website or before you pay for the unit. The main office feeds and has cats running around which being allergic was a big no for me because the cat hair would get into my container and get all over my household goods. Overall very unprofessional and will never use them again. ... Read more

Went in to look at my toy hauler and it was broken into someone stole parts off my generator and batteries from the trailers next to me and mine. When I called the office they did nothing about it but said they will keep an eye next time. I go try to go in gate was closed side gate was open so I walked to my rv to grab something all of a sudden they have a lady who looks like a guy on the property wants to tell me something about going into my rv. And telling me I can’t be on the property. Where was that same energy when they were taking parts off my generator. She/he was very disrespectful and wasn’t professional. Please tell me you’re paying for the parts on my generator or the batteries I had to buy that they took. If you have a trailer on the property please check your stuff because a few have the batteries missing and front door parts are broken into.. mine and other one fronts broken and my batteries were gone. Lithium batteries are not cheap ... Read more

Let’s see where do I start, to begin with I needed a storage unit for about a week and I needed it in a hurry and it was Sunday mid morning. So I googled storage rental places near me and Az Storage popped up. They seemed like the right place to use comparable to other storage facilities so I went ahead and booked a unit online and paid for it. After I paid for it I received an email stating everything is good to go just stop by the office on your first visit as they needed something paperwork wise. I thought to myself no problem and headed over to the facility as the store hours posted online were sundays from 7am to 4pm. To my surprise when I arrived the door was locked. It was then I noticed the sign on the door said they were closed on sundays! After calling what must have been 10times and continually getting a message saying the voicemail box is full I attempted to knock on the front door (I had heard someone inside when I first tried going in) but no one would answer. So after 10 minutes I started calling other storage places and actually found one up the street that was able to give me a $250 savings over this place. Now I’m waiting on my refund and getting the run around. Go figure ... Read more

I was a customer here for 3 years. Their customer service was great and Sylvia (in the office) is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of getting to know. I kept my stuff there even tho we moved from the area a couple years ago, about 10 miles from the center, but the rate was good, and the people were good, so we stayed. New owners, rates skyrocketed, and we left. Too bad. It was a nice place. ... Read more
