Communication with Julie was top notch right from the start which was 3 months ago due to an upcoming move. She was friendly, professional and informative during the process. As a bonus her son helped us unload the u-haul when we arrived. We were very pleased. ... Read more

Today the storage unit gate was not working, put my code in 3 times, parked my truck and they say sorry its down, they didn't leave a note on the gate to let people know as their approaching that it's down and won't be able to access their unit. Edit problem fixed quickly ... Read more

I was locked out of unit 2 days early, with my stuff still in it. When I asked for the owners contact information Julie told me “karma is going to get me” as if I was in the wrong and deleted my own code. On top of that she gave me a non-working number for the owner. Edit to their reply: I’m sure the owners believe in Jesus. When I spoke to one of them he was very kind. The lady that works the desk, Julie, definitely told me that Karma would get me. I was there and it happened to me-so I would definitely know. ... Read more

Great complex - kept my belongings safe and sound. Sweet staff - a gal that likes ice skating and bedazzling was so friendly/personable and easy to talk to. I do want to thank whoever helped me get refunded for an over charge. I would like to thank the woman who took the initiative to make things right and went above and beyond to help remedy a misunderstood situation. She was able to make things right and I’m extremely happy with how things ended. ... Read more

Prices are more reasonable than other nearby storage places due to less security & conveniencs. Few options as the units were mostly full. Not a lot of packing supply options. Desk clerk was very helpful & knew her stuff! Units are dark & horrible doorways that you cant hardly get the carts in & out due to transition issues between the asphalt & concrete. When it's raining, water pours off the roof right in the doorways. Other than that great place for storage. I understand if these items were fixed, the price would go up. ... Read more

Don’t go here this place is a rip off. Rented a unit last week and had not been able to move in my belongings. I received a call this past Saturday from a female associate asking me if I was going to use the unit because she had a client standing in front of her that needed it. I asked the associate if Julie(the manager) would be able to refund my money for the unit? She stated that she believed so. So she asked me again. “So Can I rent the unit?” I asked again only if Julie will give me my money back. She said “I’m pretty sure she will just call her on Monday. “ I called Julie today cause yesterday was a holiday and. I explained the situation to Julie. She stated that they do not give refunds that it is stated on The back of the contract. I then replied that her associate stated different. Julie then said that her associate left her a detail note of what happened and that the associate noted that she told me that they don’t do refunds. I then asked to speak to management and Julie stated that she was management. I then asked for the owner. Julie smirked and said he’s a lawyer and he’s somewhere in Brazil. Beware. Business done with no integrity. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
