The worst service department I've ever worked with in my 25 years of RVing. They chipped a tile in my 2015 Allegro Bus, to prevent excuses and lies, (based on how I was told how the tile got severely chipped)I personally order the tiles and grout, (took 3 days)and delivered it to them. Took two weeks to replace a single tile. In the process they ruined the the bathroom wall and ordered a replacement panel, took another 3 weeks, 5 in all. Finally got a call it was done went to pick it up and the interior was a disaster from the tile replacement done within the first 2 weeks. Mind you it's a 2 hour drive, told me I would have to leave it for them to clean it! The neighboring tile was now damaged and chipped 6 inches along the edge. I asked to speak to the owner and he has been avoiding me and not returning calls. I waited at the shop for him was told he was returning from a parts run. 15 minutes later was told he now wasn't returning, guess that parts run wasn't important, Ha! Avoid this location at all cost their techs are hacks, not craftsman, foreman/service writer, Bobby, blatant liar, owner Eric no back bone! Ps, Above is just the tip of the iceberg, solar controller just another nightmare that would drag this on. Moral of the story "Stay away"! ... Read more
