It was so easy obtaining a unit online. However, I discovered I needed the unit sooner. Monique tried her hardest to see if I could make the change online to no avail and informed me that I needed to go in. Monique updated me throughout the day and made an appointment for me to make changes. It was easy and fast. Monique and Patty went through the directions to get into the gate and enter the building. They showed us how to use the door on our unit and gave us great information. Our unit’s light was out, and they immediately went to secure new bulbs. Not only were Monique and Patty were awesome, but our unit was better priced than other storage facilities. It has given me piece of mind having my stuff stored there. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
