So I finally cleared out all that stuff from my parents garage and it felt great. The unit stayed cool even in the summer heat which was a relief for my paperwork boxes. The online payment thing is pretty straightforward and the lot always felt clean when I walked by. It just worked for what I needed without any hassle so I would use them again. ... Read more

update: 7/29/2025: I'm extremely disappointed and upset with the way Javier handled the situation. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also unsafe. I hope management can retrieve the video footage to see how he approached the incident. When I arrived at the gate, I was having trouble with the app on my phone and needed to reinstall it. While parked in front of the gate, I backed up slightly to let the car behind me pass. As I then pulled forward again, Javier suddenly ran directly in front of my car—causing me to slam on my brakes. This was incredibly dangerous and completely unnecessary. I tried to explain the situation to him calmly about my phone app, but he had no interest in listening. Instead, he became loud and dismissive. When I told him I almost hit him, his response was, “I don’t care. You cant go in,” as if he assumed I was trying to enter without access. His tone was rude, confrontational, and lacked any sense of professionalism or customer service. Frankly, Javier’s behavior was not only disrespectful, but he also escalated a situation that could have been resolved with simple communication. His conduct raises serious concerns about safety and proper training. I will begin looking for other place to move. I am just tired of unprofessional service. April 2024: Warning to anyone considering signing up here: After six months, expect your monthly amount to increase by $50-$80. Whether it's due to monitoring your frequency of visits or other reasons, the price hike is inevitable. SEPTEMBER 2024 UPDATE REVIEW: My key broke off today. Tony was there to offer assistance to me right away. I have not had any issues since I have been here. So far I am satisfied. I will update it to a 4-star for my satisfaction. ... Read more

Great, affordable storage space. Isaac in the office is super helpful! Update: Renting the space was super easy, but now it’s moving day and nobody is at the office. It’s supposed to open at 9:30, but it’s now nearly 10:30 and nobody is here. Called many times and no response. ... Read more

I recently used Public Storage for my storage needs and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Sipi was incredibly friendly and helpful. she took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the perfect unit size for me. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, with excellent security measures in place. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings there. Accessing my unit was a breeze, and the convenient hours meant I could get to my things whenever I needed. The prices are very competitive, and I appreciated the transparency with no hidden fees. They also offer a variety of packing supplies, which was a lifesaver during my move. Overall, Public Storage exceeded my expectations in every way. I have to remind the potential customer never use the Public storage! My stuff was immersed due to their fire water leaking. When I asked for checking and made reimbursement for my lost, they said it's not caused by water leaking, they lied without their mouth even they saw the truth. I don't trust anyone there anymore.
