update: 7/29/2025: I'm extremely disappointed and upset with the way Javier handled the situation. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also unsafe. I hope management can retrieve the video footage to see how he approached the incident. When I arrived at the gate, I was having trouble with the app on my phone and needed to reinstall it. While parked in front of the gate, I backed up slightly to let the car behind me pass. As I then pulled forward again, Javier suddenly ran directly in front of my car—causing me to slam on my brakes. This was incredibly dangerous and completely unnecessary. I tried to explain the situation to him calmly about my phone app, but he had no interest in listening. Instead, he became loud and dismissive. When I told him I almost hit him, his response was, “I don’t care. You cant go in,” as if he assumed I was trying to enter without access. His tone was rude, confrontational, and lacked any sense of professionalism or customer service. Frankly, Javier’s behavior was not only disrespectful, but he also escalated a situation that could have been resolved with simple communication. His conduct raises serious concerns about safety and proper training. I will begin looking for other place to move. I am just tired of unprofessional service. April 2024: Warning to anyone considering signing up here: After six months, expect your monthly amount to increase by $50-$80. Whether it's due to monitoring your frequency of visits or other reasons, the price hike is inevitable. SEPTEMBER 2024 UPDATE REVIEW: My key broke off today. Tony was there to offer assistance to me right away. I have not had any issues since I have been here. So far I am satisfied. I will update it to a 4-star for my satisfaction. ... Read more

Great, affordable storage space. Isaac in the office is super helpful! Update: Renting the space was super easy, but now it’s moving day and nobody is at the office. It’s supposed to open at 9:30, but it’s now nearly 10:30 and nobody is here. Called many times and no response. ... Read more

I recently used Public Storage for my storage needs and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Sipi was incredibly friendly and helpful. she took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the perfect unit size for me. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, with excellent security measures in place. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings there. Accessing my unit was a breeze, and the convenient hours meant I could get to my things whenever I needed. The prices are very competitive, and I appreciated the transparency with no hidden fees. They also offer a variety of packing supplies, which was a lifesaver during my move. Overall, Public Storage exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage solutions. Five stars all the way! ... Read more

I have to remind the potential customer never use the Public storage! My stuff was immersed due to their fire water leaking. When I asked for checking and made reimbursement for my lost, they said it's not caused by water leaking, they lied without their mouth even they saw the truth. I don't trust anyone there anymore. Be careful of their commcial needs, They will push your Good review at the first met, Don't do that. I have to say everyone of the public storage is dishonest, shame on the name of PUBLIC STORAGE. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 12340 Lower Azusa Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 200 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 12340 Lower Azusa Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $117 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $447 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
