From the beginning, the facility has been reliable, secure, and well-kept, but what truly makes it exceptional is the people who run it. Carlos Ramirez and his team have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure customers are cared for. Carlos leads by example with his professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. He explains everything clearly, handles concerns quickly, and ensures everyone feels respected and valued. Over the years, I’ve seen many businesses change their standards, but the service has only improved here. The staff follow Carlos’s lead. This storage facility is amazing. First off the customer service is top notch. Friendly, well mannered, quick and helpful with what I was looking for during my time there. I was in and out of the facility with minutes. I got the 5x5 and is highly satisfied with the size of the storage space and the quality is outstanding. I have rented a few units from the facility since 2018. By far the best place for storage! The move in process was easy and the move out process was even easier. Auto payments make things easier for sure. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The facility is always nice and neat. Best prices you’re gonna find in the area. I would highly recommend. We had a unit there for about a year. Easy to access, secure, and clean. I forgot to take the lock off when I cleaned out our unit on the 31st. Was there on the first to take off the lock and the billing came through. I talked to one of the owners and he was very helpful and understanding and reversed the charge for us.
