Pro tip for future tenants: The most important rule here isn't 'pay your rent' (I did that perfectly for over 3 years). The real rule is: do not annoy the co-owner, Rachel. I had been a compliant, timely tenant for over 3 years, but that ended instantly because of a bruised ego and a fabricated story. The incident? I arrived at the gate behind a car doing the classic 'move forward a few inches, slam brakes, move forward, brake again' routine. I honked so they would pull up, but they didn't move. I honked again simply so I could reach the keypad. The driver (Rachel, the co-owner) then stopped specifically to lecture me on how to use a keypad I’ve used successfully for years. Frustrated by her terrible driving and condescension, I replied, 'yeah, yeah, shut up,' entered my code, and proceeded to calmly drive to my unit. Less than an hour later, I received a termination of tenancy email; an eviction notice. When I called to clarify, I was met with a total brick wall in the form of the manager, Jessica. She was incredibly self-righteous, puffed up, and acting like she knew exactly what happened despite not being there. She blindly parroted Rachel’s lies, claiming I dropped 'F-bombs' and was aggressive. I did neither. She was the classic 'do as you're told' employee enforcing a vindictive decision. It’s alarming how quickly this company will lie to justify kicking out a paying customer just to protect the owner’s feelings. I’ve stored plenty of fragile items here over the years, but clearly, nothing is as fragile as this owner’s ego. Rent here at your own risk—just make sure you never honk. ... Read more

New management... I'm glad because last administration, which last a couple of years, was horrible, abusive, and rude. They didn't appreciate costumers at all, and they changed the nice personnel that used to attend at this branch, every two or three months. I hope it gets better. ... Read more

I bought a unit at auction here. The guy was cool, but made a mistake allowing me to pay using my debit card. So he billed th r card, came back and told me he did it wrong and I had to pay cash. It took 2 weeks to get that payment released back to me. So basically I was out that $50 for nearly 2 weeks until the bank decided to refund the hold. It would have been nice to know it wouldn't be back on my card next day as I was told. Overall the unit and area were pretty clean but this location is hard to see from the street since it is actually behind apartments. ... Read more
