Read some helpful reviews of PXT RV Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I’ve waited two years to share my experience, and now it’s time to expose this storage company for what it truly is—a complete scam. I wouldn’t even give it a single star if I could. David, the son running the business, is solely motivated by profit and shows absolutely no interest in providing any real service or caring for his customers. In contrast, Fred, the father, at least attempted to build a reputable business, but since handing it over to David, everything has gone downhill. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Trailers were broken into, and our toy hauler was stolen without any notification. We had to learn about the theft ourselves—our dirt bikes and all of our belongings were taken! David failed to contact us until we reached out in desperation. When we finally got in touch with him, his response was, “Oh yeah, your trailer was stolen. I should have called you.” This is entirely not acceptable. You should have informed us immediately, but you didn’t. It’s abundantly clear that David has no regard for the safety of his customers or their belongings. If you care about your possessions, steer clear of this place. Other customers must be extremely cautious about trusting PXT RV and Storage with anything valuable. This operation is a disaster, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if they continue to pull stunts like this. Avoid this place at all costs! ... Read more

We had to miss a camping trip due to no one responding to our calls to get to our trailer after they posted a picture to text for new codes... unable to get to our trailer for 2 weeks with no response from the business. Owner called me yelling at me after it took me threatening to get police involved to be able to get to my own trailer!! Worst place ever do your self a favor and go to new location down the street, way nicer facility and much better service!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.
