Jim was very helpful and informational. He took his time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. The location is well protected, clean and spacious. Easy to access your unit while keeping others who don't belong in that section out. Affordable prices & deals available. ... Read more

Before you sign any rental agreement make sure they show you the unit. I was forced to complete my rental online. Once we got access and saw the unit, we immediately canceled. Public storage charges a one time admin fee that they keep if you cancel. We literally walked in and walked out due to the poor quality of the units. It is not fair public storage to keep this fee, when they literally did no admin work. They keep pushing the complete the rental unit online so why the admin fee? Again poor service, & poor unit. Unit smelled like mildew and the light bulb didn’t even turn oh. ... Read more

I had my storage for only a couple months. I had the worst customer service and the facility in general makes you not want to store your belongings there. They said they always had an on site manager but everytime I had went and had issues or needed help most of the times they would never answer. The bathroom is nasty it was clogged really bad and over flooded. Over all I can’t list every issue but would highly recommend elsewhere. I regret coming to this facility and is charging me a full other month but I had put I was moving out. ... Read more

I had a storage unit at this location for over 10 years, and the experience was consistently excellent. The staff, especially Nathaniel, was always incredibly pleasant, professional, and polite. He sets a high standard for customer service and professionalism, and it truly shows in the way the facility is managed. If we still lived in the area, we wouldn’t think twice about continuing our storage here. Highly recommend! ... Read more

Nathaniel is the worst when it comes to customer service and concerns. Trying to scam me, threatening to charge me another month and still have me empty my unit before that month even comes. the move out date is the first. If you're going to charge me another month then I should have that month to empty out the unit. Inconsistent & inconsiderate. Fearful that he will retaliate so posting this review here. (Forgot to mention that he hung up abruptly, not even finishing the conversation just rudely hanging up) leaving a customer with concerns and worries without any assistance ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 12302 Bellflower Blvd has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 12302 Bellflower Blvd can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 150 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 12302 Bellflower Blvd come at a variety of prices, starting from $78 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $312 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
