Very clean, organized and well run. I originally got a space as a temporary solution. So far I've been there 20+ yrs. In fact during that time we got a 2nd space for a short time. And after we sold Mom & Dad's house we moved to a larger unit. And Private Storage Systems helped make it all possible. ... Read more

Very clean and well kept up. Management is professional and helpful. Unfortunately we were there no longer than 2 months and they raised their rates $80, and we were never informed ahead of time that they were raising their rates. Our original plan was to be there for a year or more, but we couldn't afford such a substantial raise in rates. We moved out before the rate hike took effect. ... Read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Today I moved out of my unit after only a few months. I moved in October and after my first visit last month I noticed Rat droppings on my belongings. I expressed my issues with the front desk and it took me calling 3-4 times to finally reach the Regional manager Scott. He was very defensive when I told him my issues and said they have never had a rat problem, he basically told me I needed to prove that there was intact a issue. So I granted him access to my unit, they cut the lock went in and saw exactly what I was talking about. After about 30 min of back and fourth and him telling me he " I just want you out, I'll refund you two months just so you will move out". Mind you I received one months refund. So today as I'm moving out I see the real damage to all my belongings and there are two rat food packages, one which was behind my mattress since I moved in, covered in dust. Then another brand new package by the front door, there was dropping all over the unit and as you can see by the large hole they made to get into my unit they were huge!! As you can see the rats ate threw my brand new $2600 sofa and made themselves a home in there. Also notice the bite marks on my other furniture. So today I called Scott and told him that they definitely knew of a rat problem and he said "well it doesn't matter now because you're gone". These ppl are the most rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional people I've ever made contact with and I've worked in customer service as a General Manager for 18 years. There are two ladies who work in the office ( not the manager Connie, I believe is her name, she is also very rude) but two employees just trying to do their job. They are polite and obviously why they are the face of this company. If I were you and you value your belongings then DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Btw I am going to sue you!! ... Read more
