Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

this place is amazing. Super clean and Mario was extremely friendly and helpful I had originally booked a locally owned storage unit (not a national brand), and when I went to move in, it was disgusting - elevator was broken, halls were filthy, unit itself had grease spilled everywhere and debris. This Public Storage location was a site for sore eyes/saved me from having to move into the other storage facility. because I had already booked/paid for the (other) locally owned storage unit (and assumed it would be fine/normal/clean until I saw it on my move-in day), I literally had 48 hours to find a new storage unit, so I was in a bit of a panic. Mario made the whole experience so easy. He was helpful, friendly and super professional. Highly recommend! super helpful ... Read more

Michelle and Mario were so sweet. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help me in every possible way. Even in the hotweather, they remained so sweet, patient, and understanding. Their knowledge and professionalism were matched only by their kindness, which made the entire experience feel easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into everything, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service to anyone. Because of Mario I came down here and rent a space!!! ... Read more

Accessing the gates with the app was super easy & there was plenty of parking. The interior signage of the building is a little confusing, definitely check the map in the app to find where you would need to go. I don't know what the office hours are, and they're not marked on the door, so I was unable to use a cart because they were locked up, but once I found my unit it was easy enough to load in. ...
