Read some helpful reviews of A-A Mini Storage at 1025 Industrial Way, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I’ve had my motor hone stored here for 5 years. It’s never been messed with ever! They keep the place very clean. The people I’ve met who also rent from them are super friendly. I’ve used other places, but A&A Mini Storage in Lodi are simply the best. ... Read more

I was told a year ago I could relocate my RV from space 27 to another space without any change to my monthly rent, I couldn’t move my RV cause I had hip replacement and couldn’t move until I was in better condition, so last week I was told I could move to Rv space # 3 so I loaded my 5th wheel hitch and started to hookup and move and the manager came out and told me there would be increase in rent now to 230. a month for the same size Rv space, since I was already told there would be no change in my monthly rate. The only reason I wanted to move is because there are power lines over my Rv and the birds have ruined a Rv cover which destroyed it before it time. I have ask many times if something could be done about the birds and I was told I could relocate to a different Rv space of the same size outdoor of course but now the new management is refusing to allow me to relocate at my same rate which is not what I have been told by manager on site which she is very polite it’s her boss that is now saying that I am asking for a premium space which it’s not it’s the same as have rite now, and I have had my space for over 10 years, and they changed my rate and are raising it again next month, with no help or change to keep the birds from pooping all over my RV and I could go on about the facilities that have been taken away that were part of the rental, I hate being lied to but since the new management has been in place you might want to know what is actually happening, hopefully you can help with this issue please. Well it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing has changed, I have ask the on site manager if anything has been resolved and she tells me she will contact me if possibly the prices come down to what I am paying rite now, I would appreciate some kind of help to relocate my RV like I was told previously at the same rate before space #3 is taken, please help, thank you. It’s still not resolved and have not heard anything from A&A to relocate my RV to another space on the same aisle that does not have electrical wires overhead, another reason I want to move is 2 years ago my RV door was severely damaged by homeless people that cut the fence open and tried to enter my RV which they damaged my door so bad I had to replace the door frame and a new door which cost over 3500. to repair out of my own money. So actually it has cost more to stay and I was promised I would be able to relocate when a space came available so now a space has come available and now they want to charge a ridicules increase for the same size and aisle, it’s actually unbelievable what the new management is getting away with, I have been at this location for 10 years and I sure wish someone would help resolve this issue, it’s not a big issue, please help thank you. Update on my situation, It’s 8-19-25 management was able to relocate my RV to a space that will work for now with the same monthly charge that I had at my previous space ??I appreciate what management has finally managed to clear up and help out with this situation, and if things still work out I can hopefully get the space I started to move to earlier in this process, I am pleased with the progress and I want to thank Taylor for her help, I am very grateful for her support ?? ... Started raising rents at 6-7% yearly then 6% after 11 months then another 7% 2 months later then 14+% 6 months later! I reached my limit and closed my account and moved my trailer. It's not like they have anything special? My trailer was broken into a couple years ago so obviously not perfectly safe! To many rent increases in too short of time. There are better deals out there. The previous manager was not nice to put it mildly. The current manager 2025 is nice to a fault! Too bad the owners feel they need to jack the rents up so high so quickly! ... Read more

I rented a unit here at this facility on Sunday late afternoon and didn't realize that the gates closed at 7pm. I rented the unit as it was approaching that time thinking I still had a few hours to get my items in there. Well I was wrong. By the time I finished the online process, it was 7:30 and the gates were mow closed. My gate access code would not work and I couldn't figure out why. We now had to wait till Monday. We'll between Sunday and Monday through no fault of the facilities I ended up no longer needing a storage unit and Taylor went out of her way in Monday morning to refund the money when I know she didn't have to!! So thank you Taylor!!! ... Read more

I didn’t want to give a star but only way to leave a review. It was great before the ownership changed It’s still called A&A mini storage but with the new owners they added fees to existing rental agreements hoping that you wouldn’t notice when they sent mailed copies out. Can’t make over the phone payments without an additional $20 fee. But the website to make a payment it’s set up to accept credit card payments. Removed all belongings from their location and had to track down office personal to let them know storage units were now vacant. I no longer recommend this storage facility. Before I would’ve given them 5 stars and would have recommended them to friends and family. I had been using the storage facility since 2010 left this year 2024. But obviously this is just my personal opinion. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that A-A Mini Storage - 1025 Industrial Way has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by A-A Mini Storage - 1025 Industrial Way can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 340 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by A-A Mini Storage - 1025 Industrial Way come at a variety of prices, starting from $49 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $228 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
