    I truly can’t say enough good things about this storage facility, especially the property manager, Carlos Garcia. From the very first phone call, Carlos gave me the best quote and took the time to explain everything clearly. When I came in person, he was just as kind, patient, and understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time. Carlos treated me with genuine care and respect, not like just another customer. You can tell he truly cares about people and wants to help, which made a huge difference for me. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, very accessible, and feels safe, which gave me peace of mind during a difficult transition.     I traveled from New York to Los Angeles for purchasing, and I rented a unit at this self-storage facility. The entire experience was smooth and efficient, largely thanks to a staff member named Michelle. Michelle was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and assisted me throughout the rental process, which made it quick and stress-free.     i signed up online for $50 a month for the first three months. I paid $160 plus i bought their lock which was a requirement for $20. That was may 25 2025. which means Aug 25 2025 was paid up. however Aug 1 they lock me out claimimg i owe $300.
