Storage units in Malibu, CA, and nearby areas

I came to this Public Storage branch to store some of belongings for the summer time as I’ll be traveling abroad for a while. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time using “Public Storage” but I was very pleasantly surprised. The app made the whole process of unlocking the gates, doors and even elevators quite easy and intuitive. I struggled a little finding my small unit so I asked Tim to help me and he was very nice to show me around the place and helping me find my unit. I brought my own lock, Aaron at the front desk was kind enough to cheerfully help me refund the one that they provide. It was all fast, simple and the staff was especially helpful. Would recommend!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I am a super happy customer!!! Thank you!!!

Aaron was amazing in his patience, knowledge and professionalism. He showed me the different sizes so that I could judge what would be best for me. I was having trouble with the app so he helped me work with that and then helped me again create a new account. Also I had my 10 week old puppy with me and he waited for him to go outside, and wanted to take detours. Great experience all around! Thank you!

I’ve been spending a lot of time sorting through my storage unit, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place\! Having a secure, convenient space for my belongings while I tackle this big project has been incredibly helpful\. The team has been exceptionally kind, patient, and responsive every step of the way—they’ve made the entire process feel easier and far less stressful\.
