I have been with Sentry storage for many years! I can tell you I have never felt confident with any other storage facilities. It seems like the others have a direct contract with the tv show "Storage wars". These other facilities seem to charge more money and find as many ways as possible to get your unit from you. Sentry storage is the opposite.i have been late on occasion and they worked with me rather than became predatory. I broke my key in the lock a few months ago. When I informed the desk they told me to not worry. They will cut it and I can replace it, and they could hold of the charge till next billing cycle. I was so impressed by their professionalism that I am getting a third unit this month from them even though I live directly across the street from the antelope storage facility! I am one to appreciate award winning customer service!!!! I love it here and will continue to use them for years to come!!!!!! THANKS SENTRY STORAGE! ... Read more

I've used sentry storage twice in the last two years. My first year my unit and all my things were ruined by the weather, which was out of their control understandably. This year my unit was broken into and I was robbed of thousands of dollars worth of cloth, shoes, and electronics. The manager didn't even reach out to me about the incident. The staff on the other hand did and was super nice and understanding about the situation. From my understanding they rent to the homeless. They're able to walk around the place freely. They were sleeping in a unit for days while they were cutting down the walls to 7 + units. I do not recommend renting here if you have high value things. They're expensive for the amount of security they do not have. The cameras are cheap and the units are mostly made of plywood inside. Not secure. ... Read more

Terrible customer service. I reserve online for my storage. Lady at the front took more than 2 hours to give me my storage. She disrespectful, rude and completely don't understand how to deal with Deaf people. I felt like an idiot and a fool while waiting!! And I haven't even gotten my agreement paper!!! I will be looking for another storage location! ... Read more

The move in process was smooth. Dee was helpful and the new woman that she was training was kind and helpful too. The storage unit we rented was clean. The only thing I wish it had was a light, but our phone lights did the trick. Great deal for the price. ... Read more

Every single time I’ve come here to add to my unit, they change the gate system. There is no consistently with these people. They do not inform guests via email or mail that they’ll be changing the code system and yet they leave the building unattended during the day at random times with all of the “Open” signs still on. They will try to gaslight you and make you feel awful for the problems that this place has. They have a no loitering sign and yet today a man was loitering in the gate mechanism which was blocking anyone from entering. He didn’t tell people that he wasn’t there to work on anything, he’s just there to look around. So during the time the staff and manager left the building unattended, there was a huge line of people waiting to get in, and nothing stopping them except sheer stupidity from the man in the uniform loitering around the gate. The management does not return phone calls even tho I have called numerous time to be informed of my new gate code or be explained how it works. Last year they had a flood and we all had to move our storage unit’s and hundreds of people lost all of their property due to water damage. This place isn’t built properly, doesn’t function normally, there’s no consistency, and has rude staff. Reconsider joining here if you read this. I’m trying to arrange time off work to empty my unit out and be done with these people forever. Don’t do business here. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
