Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 4900 Roseville Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I would highly recommend not using this company/location. I just helped my friend move items out of his unit that he had temporarily while doing a remodel. They charged him an extra month of rent when he originally moved into his unit on the 3rd, and he had assumed he could move out before the 3rd, so when he tried to move out on the 1st and they said that he would have to pay for the entire extra month because he did not move out prior to the end of the month. They showed him the fine print of the contract that had these details, but charging him an extra month because he didn't know about their fine print is pretty ridiculous, especially considering he moved out on March 1st and the month preceding was February which only has 28 days. He was originally told over the phone that he could move out the same day as he moved in. ... Read more

This storage company has demonstrated egregious unprofessionalism, warranting immediate attention. Despite our compliance with their request to remove videos exposing their staff's incompetence, management has failed to address the issues. My husband and I have endured relentless harassment, stalking, and retaliation from Vineesha and other staff members. They do not adhere to the LAWS protecting service animals or even have the proper training when it comes to something as simple as communicating normally without aggression. Given the frequency and severity of these incidents, including physical threats against me, a disabled individual, and false claims leading to my husband's unlawful detention at gunpoint, we will pursue legal action. The company's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer well-being and safety. We advise everybody to avoid this facility. All interactions have been documented on property surveillance and personal devices, corroborating our account. We expect accountability and will seek justice through legal means. You will be hearing from our lawyers. ... Read more

Customer service is horrible. My storage unit as well as other units had been broken into. Front desk agent/manager did not seem to care at all. They said someone had broken in from one of the units behind the storage from a small hole and then once they got in they started breaking into other units from the inside. The thing is I had large objects dog crate, record player, picture frames and storage bins filled with stuff that was stolen and could have not have fit through the small hole. They don’t have any cameras in the back of the storage building so I asked if they could check the camera pointing at the unit next to mine unit F10 because all of my items were scattered in that unit which was empty and all the large items had to have been taken from the front. I asked the manager when did the unit next to mine F10 moved out and he said it was still occupied. I told him that unit was empty and all my stuff was scattered in there. I asked if he could check the camera to see who was moving stuff out from that unit because if there’s a large dog crate then you will catch whoever took my items possibly as well as others. They declined and said they can’t check the cameras. I won’t be surprised if the staff was in on the break in. DO NOT RENT HERE. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 4900 Roseville Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 4900 Roseville Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 4900 Roseville Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $30 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $219 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
