really relaxing experience overall, nothing stressful about it. the staff guy was friendly and showed me to everything without being pushy, I liked that alot. I booked just a basic stone massage and it was good but to be honest I think for the price the time felt a little short like it ended earlier than expected by maybe ten minutes. clean towels and nice music that wasn’t overly loud which I aprieciated. really wish they had tea after the service since the waiting area is kind of boring otherwise but thats the only thing. would go back just trying to find a better deal next time. ... Great experience using this storage property for a short period of time. I was able to inquire about a new space and get moved in within 24 hours. Selina assisted me with my move in and provided the absolute best customer service. She was understanding to my storage needs and provided the best option for me. She definitely needs a promotion , she would rock as a manager. The property was easy to access and there are moving carts available onsite . The elevators are very large which is a plus. The gate access hours are 6am-10pm at my location and that provided so much more convenience. Bob the site manager is very friendly as well as the other team members at the Sherman st. Location . had such a great experience here thanks to Paolo!! He went above and beyond in a way that genuinely made my day.
He helped me find a good parking spot right away, assisted me with unloading my car, and even brought a cart up for me and helped unload everything so I only had to make one trip. What could have been a stressful process turned into a quick, seamless in-and-out visit that took less than five minutes.
This was my second time here, but it felt like a completely new experience. Coming in on my own this time, I really appreciated how kind, attentive, and helpful he was. It made me feel taken care of and comfortable, which means a lot.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this Extra Space Storage on Sherman Street. The managers, Bob and Sindy, are phenomenal. They’re a husband-and-wife team and truly some of the kindest and most helpful people. Bob spent a lot of time helping me find the best unit for my needs. Being pregnant, I needed something easy and safe to access, and he walked me through all the options and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. The entire sign-up process was very smooth.
Both Bob and Sindy are always quick to help by phone, email, or in person and are incredibly kind and efficient.
The facility itself is very clean, the hallways are well maintained, and the freight elevators are large and spacious. It’s a gated facility with access codes and controlled elevator access, which makes it feel very secure. I also love the 6 AM–10 PM access hours, which are much more convenient than my previous storage unit that only allowed access from 9 AM–6 PM. Only thing is, the storage units do not have light in them so it can be dark without a flashlight and the unit doors will close without something to prop it open. All manageable though.
They also use the Extra Space Storage app, which allows digital access to the gates and elevators and is very easy to use.
Another big plus is truck accessibility. I receive large quarterly freight shipments for work, and the wide driveways make it easy for big freight trucks to enter and exit—something many storage facilities struggle with.

They will 100% not afraid to call you and tell you that they are raising your rates. But what they are afraid to tell you is that there’s a ton of homeless people right outside your unit looking sketchy. Great experience. It’s easy to enter and there’s a lot of space to move everything you need. Really big pieces too like couches and a queen size mattress. There was also a lot of moving carts to use. At move in they helped us secure a great price and While my husband was deployed, I was struggling to manage the move-out from my storage unit alone.
