????? Exceptional Service from Brianna at Public Storage! I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Brianna at Public Storage. I had an issue with my belongings, and Brianna handled the entire situation with professionalism, care, and an incredible level of customer service. She immediately took the time to listen to my concerns, showed genuine empathy, and walked me through every step to make sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were taken care of and my experience was stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their customers and committed to finding solutions with such a positive attitude. Brianna’s excellent service, has given me a complete confidence in this location and will continue to recommend Public Storage to friends and family strictly because of how she handled my situation. I want to give a huge shoutout to Brianna at the Public Storage on 54th Street for her incredible customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, kind, and attentive. I had been struggling to complete my storage unit rental online due to a glitch in the reservation link that wouldn’t let me finalize the process. I was stressed and frustrated, but Brianna turned my entire experience around. She not only greeted me with a smile but went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, walk me through my options, and get everything squared away seamlessly. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. She never once made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience—instead, she treated me with the kind of care and attention you hope for but rarely experience these days. Brianna’s level of customer service is truly exceptional. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, and has such a positive attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about the people she’s helping. If you’re renting a unit, do yourself a favor and go see Brianna. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE AND THE STARS!!! Notice the company doesn’t respond to the comments of people having problems.. They increase your rent more aggressively then an apartment.. In 1 year my rent has went from 270 to 425.. 15-20 I could understand.. These increases are crazy and overly aggressive.. I am active military simply waiting to move and storage is becoming an issue. ***Update*** I was contacted today and was given a 3 month discount/ delay from this rent increase. Its nice to see that someone cares enough to reach out. But i was told the rent is month to month. Which means no contract and they make their prices what they want. Let this be a guide for you prior to renting here. For long term, not a great idea. ... Read more

Public Storage on 54th St. has the kind of staff that makes you feel like you're walking into a friend's house instead of a storage facility. The ladies at the front desk are always so nice, it’s the main reason I’m sticking around. Honestly, they could probably sell me on keeping a storage unit just for my old mismatched socks. The place is always clean, which is a huge plus. It’s comforting to know my stuff is stored in a place that looks like someone actually cares about it. The staff is super attentive—if you even *look* confused, they’re on it before you can say, 'Where’s my lock?' If you want a clean, safe, and friendly spot to store your things, this is the place. Plus, the ladies up front are the kind of people who could make you forget you’re even paying for a storage unit in the first place. Highly recommend! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 1925 54th Street has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 1925 54th Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 200 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 1925 54th Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $96 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $396 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
