Bonnie Baldwin went over and above anything I could have expected in my experience with City Storage. I was in from out of town setting up our storage unit and it turned out the shelves I ordered were two inches too tall. Bonnie jumped in and helped me fix the situation by removing two inches off the top of the shelving supports. She checked in with me the three days I was there and made sure that my time there went as smoothly as possible. I was grateful to have her help and support while I was there. Everyone at City Storage was very helpful and I appreciated all of their help and direction. ... Read more

I used Storage Pro (City Storage in Indiana St.) for a few years, and the space and people were very easy to work with both to open a storage unit and to close out. Bonnie @ City Storage was incredibly accommodating during my storage unit close out, as I was moving cross country and my movers had shown up quite late- but she was super quick with the paper work and we were out in a jiffy! :) Thanks so much!! ... Clean and Secure facility, excellent staff, perfect location. I was renting with City Storage of SF for about 2 years after moving some furniture I had in LA up to SF. The location was perfect for me, very close to my home. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I love that the facility is secure and super clean, nothing worse that a storage facility filled with pests and rodents. I didn't have that concern with City Storage of SF. Only real negatives were that they close a bit earlier than id like, it would be great if they were open longer after work hours to maybe 8 or 9pm. Also no dumpsters for throwing things out. After a while I realized I wasn't storing much that I needed or had any massive attachment to. The rates do increase often, so eventually having a unit stopped being worth it. If you have important items you need stored safely and secure, definitely consider this facility. ... Read more

Used a small storage unit for my kid's dorm room items over the summer. Worked out great. The place is very clean and secure. Located conveniently close to California College of the Arts. This place is fantastic. Great facility, very well-managed, and some of the best customer service I've had in a while. Tarell in particular is *awesome* - extremely professional and kind; he literally went out of his way to take care of a problem of my own making. If you need help on anything def ask for him, he's the man. ... Read more

I had a great experience at City Storage. Terrell and Tim were both knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was also very impressed with the facility itself—clean, secure, and air conditioned, which made a big difference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable storage with excellent service. Do note that if you're renting online, if a listing says it may have wine storage, that means it can only be used for storing wine. After I booked one of these unintentionally, Tim helped me switch to a general use unit. ... Read more

Oh no, I have to retract this review. Your agent used someone else's account when doing the transfer. That other person has my same name, but lives in a different city. Now my new unit does not appear on my StoragePro account and I still haven't received a copy of my new contract or confirmation of termination for my old unit. I've called and written emails, still no reply. I'm worried I may be paying for some other person's unit while having no access to my own. Please advise, asap. ... Read more
