I have had my belongings at Branham since 2010 and this storage facility is solid. They have had new management for a while now who have kept it clean, made necessary adjustments and improvements and even have dollys and equipment to help you move items up and down. The elevator is huge if you get a unit on the 2nd floor, like mine, making it easy to move items in and out. The facility is open most days and long hours if I ever have to go after work and, honestly, they still have the best pricing around. Both my wife and I as well a my mother in-law have used this place for over 3 years and it's great. I saw some previous bad reviews and reading them sounds so confusing I assume they left a review for the wrong place entirely. I also noticed most reviews were around 8 years old maybe more. Things I like about this place: *Open everyday. *In door storage units. *Easy to pull in and out of and although the parking lot is rather small it's never crowded. *Easy to back a truck up to the doors for unloading *2 floors and a large hydraulic elevator for large items. *More than enough large flat carts and dollies to use. *Staff watches everyone who comes in and out. Also, there is a sign in/out sheet. *Multiple storage unit sizes and I noticed they even have large lockers as well. *Staff has always worked with us as far as multiple type of payments. *The outside area as well as the inside of the building and storage units are defiantly clean and always stay that way. *I did notice a lot of overhead sprinklers in the building so that seems reassuring. *I feel confident that my stuff is safe here and it has been for the last 4 years. The cons: *While the building and hallways are well lit and lighting is never an issue the individual storage units do not have a light in them. I used a battery operated lantern for a while and then I put up a couple of those cheap battery operated LED light switches on the wall and it seems to work fine. *While they're open everyday they do close at 6pm. I'm able to get most of my stuff done but I would love it if they were open at least until 9pm but I guess the people that work there need to go home sometime. At the end of the day this is a great place to store your hoards of junk or priceless treasures. ... Read more

My personal review would be male staff unfriendly and confrontasional. Working with customers would rate a 3 of 10. Stll trying to resolve issues by phone. Phone busy, not working, or no answer.
