Horrible Customer service. I paid for my storage online, which I didn’t think the payment would come out until I actually made it to the storage unit to sign the paperwork. I then attempted to call the storage place. I did not receive a phone call back for a whole week. Upon receiving the call, I was told that on top of the $130 I paid I still owed $108 for 30 days, But let me remind you of my storage unit it was only 79.99 a month, so she was trying to overcharge me. I then decided to not move my stuff in and she proceeded with sending me an email saying that I owed almost $60 but couldn’t tell me for what . Rude And run by a bunch of druggies beware . I wouldn’t doubt if they pop the locks and looked through peoples stuff lol ... Read more
