Absolutely horrible uhual customer service by the male employee that works here. My dad just committed suicide and we needed to pack up his items to put into storage. I did the 24/7 truck share and did all the paperwork etc online I was supposed to head inside and pick up the key according the app it said “ skip the line. Head to the the side of the counter and let the Associate know your supposed to grab keys “ well I did so and he got attitude with me telling me this isn’t DoorDash I said sorry I’m just following the instructions. He proceeded to help another person first. When he came back he tried to recheck me in I let him know I already did this online and paid and showed him my phone where it said he was only supposed to give me keys. He didn’t care he was rude and incompetent and because he didn’t understand the system got angry with me and refused my reservation. Funny how he was polite to the older male customer but rude to the young female customer. The male employee is sexist and the rudest individual I have ever met. I will be sure to tell everybody to avoid this uhaul and storage facility, if you’re a woman . The woman owner allows this , which is unacceptable. Great place run by some great people. They went out of their way to help me with weekend storage for an oversized load. Met me after hours on Friday and opened up early for me Monday morning so I could make my delivery.
